Many centuries after the gods' victory over their struggle against the Titans, another evil now threatens to come to earth. If the king gets possession of the bow it will cause the destruction of humanity and come to completely destroy the Gods. But as the ancient law commands, the gods should not interfere in the conflict between men. They have no power to stop Hyperion ... then Theseus (played by Henry Cavill), a peasant emerged as one hope. He was very discreetly chosen god, Zeus, and is expected to save the lives of its people from king Hyperion and its multitude . getting together a group of guys outside - including visionary priestess and Phaedra (played by Freida Pinto), and the secret slave Stavros (played by Stephen Dorff), the hero, or will successfully lead the rebellion, or stand aside and watch his home being destroyed, and his Gods disappear into a legend.
Theseus meets Sybelline Oracle, Phaedra, whose concern about the future vision of a young man to prove to her that he is the key to stopping the destruction. With the help of Phaedra, he gathers a small group and accepts his fate at last and desperate struggle for humankind in the future.
From watching the teaser trailer I can tell you that there was brutality, but not hyper-masculine. No one will shout out the name of their hometown and throwing someone into a bottomless pit. Instead, you'll notice a beautiful, striking image that Singh has become popular because of his earlier films The Fall and The Cell.
people really need to accept the idea of a young and beautiful gods seem fair šansu.Poznati conception of the Greek gods is that they are meaningless and in vain so it makes absolute sense to look beautiful and young immortals. I find the thoughtfulness behind the decision on how to present the gods encouraging. I hope so, because there is no doubt that the immortals will look like Splendid, it will be nice to look crazy.
